This is a combination package featuring both photography and graphic design. Get in touch by writing to info@steinweiss.com.au to discuss your product, brief and request your quote. If you are happy to proceed, you can ship your product to us and book your Amazon Product Photography session.

We will schedule your shoot/s once we finalise your brief. We begin work after receiving your products and a 50% deposit*. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and approval of the final images.

It depends on when we receive your products and on our availability, so please secure your booking and photoshoot date as soon as possible.

We charge 25% on top of our standard rates for rush jobs.

It depends of course on the complexity of the project and the number of products. In the cases of 1 ASIN as a simple product with no variations, we have delivered the final images within 24 hours without additional charge.

In addition to specialising and shooting almost exclusively product photography - which means that we invest in the appropriate equipment - we don’t use pre-built lighting set-ups where all products are shot on a conveyer belt. We analyse every product, the materials it is made of, its shape, size, and the photoshoot angles to create and build custom lighting set-ups. This is particularly important for challenging products, such as glass, white, or transparent which also require a different post-production process. As a result, we take significantly more time to complete a photo shoot.
In case you don’t think your product needs the elevated look, or it is not as challenging to shoot, we encourage you to request quotes and examples from other photographers.

Our discounts are based on the number of products we shoot at the same time.

We work closely with every customer to achieve the desired result. However, we want our potential customers to feel safe, so we offer the following: once your product arrives, we run a test shoot. If you are not happy with the result, we will refund your 50% deposit in full and ship back your product at our expense.

Your final images will be ready to upload onto Seller Central in a JPEG format, 2,000 by 2,000 pixels, optimised for web, and compliant with Amazon requirements. At an additional charge, you can also request a PNG format with a transparent background, which you can use to apply to different backgrounds.

Yes, we have the necessary equipment to produce high-quality Amazon product videos and a 360° view of your product.

Yes, if we are shooting all products at the same time, we will reduce the cost which goes into setting up the lighting. Please discuss all details with us during your initial consultation so we can provide you with the most accurate quote.

Generally, the PDP Images Package pricing is valid for only one product. However, if your ASIN consists of more than one item, please talk to us because based on sizing or product complexity, we might be able to include the additional products without increasing the price.

Yes, we offer an A+ content package that includes both photography and graphic design. We will design the individual modules and prepare a mock-up of what your Amazon-enhanced brand content would look like.

Absolutely - you can use all your images anywhere online for an unlimited period of time. However, you will need to request permission or pay a royalty fee if you want to use the photos for print since we remain the copyright holders (as per Australian commercial copyright law). If you would like to purchase the copyrights from us, please let us know.
